While we hope you love everything you get from us, we know sometimes an item just doesn't work out! 

We are happy to issue a full account credit to your KRA account if the item is returned or shipped back to us within 7 days of receipt of item via shipping and meet all requirements listed below.  Kai Rae Apparel does not process refunds directly back to the form of payment for any reason.

KRA does not cancel orders once they are placed. 
If we do process a cancellation for any reason, it will be provided a store credit. 

To Process a Return: 

  • Print the Form to add in your package or drop off
    • If you do not have a means to print, please just write this information on a piece of paper with your package.
    • If you have returns from multiple orders, please submit a form for each order number.

Requirements to Return: 

  1. Shipped Orders: Must return item to the store or ship within 7 Days of receiving the package. *SHIPPING FEES ARE NOT REFUNDED
  2. The item MUST NOT have been worn or washed. Any worn or washed items will not be processed. 
  3. Please complete an Order Issue Form if you have damaged items - not a return form.

Items that Cannot Be Returned: 

  1. Sale Items including coupon codes
  2. Holiday/Seasonal Items
  3. Mystery Items
  4. Free Giveaway Items
  5. Shipping Fees
  6. Anything worn or arrives to us smelling of perfume/smoke or visible pet hair/blemishes,
  7. Any Items that state FINAL SALE on the Packing Slip

Please note that Sezzle requires a $40 minimum checkout and if you have used Sezzle at checkout, a 6% fee will be deducted from your return credit.

Returns that do not have a form attached and that do not have this form filled out will not be accepted.
