We strive to have all items will ship in 3-8 Business Days unless there is a shipment delay of shirt inventory.  We do not keep all Comfort Colors, Tultex Sweatshirts or all Long Sleeve on hand. These items are ordered every Monday. We do try to keep all Gildan/Tultex Short Sleeve and Gildan Sweatshirts on hand however depending on inventory, they still may need to be ordered.


If you do not have a major preference on brand/color then please send us an email after purchase and we can put a note on your order.


All graphics are enlarged for visual reference and may not be true to print size. We enlarge them so you are able to see the image the best you can on screen. Images are typically an 11" on the longest side for full size images and 3.5" on the longest side for pockets. 


TAT is always an estimate and can vary. We will keep you as up to date as possible. If you'd like to request a different color or a size not available online, please email hello@kairaeapparel.com. A different color or size tee may result in longer TAT due to on hand availability.

Garment dyed for that lived in feel and almost no shrinkage at home

Short Sleeve 1717 - Soft ring-spun cotton fabric with 100% cotton threads

Short Sleeve Colorblast 1745 - Garment-dyed soft ring spun color blast fabric with 100% cotton threads

Long Sleeve 6014 - Soft ring spun cotton fabric with 100% cotton threads

Sweatshirt 1566 - 3-end cotton face fleece made with 100% cotton threads

Sweatshirt Mineral Wash 1545 - 3-end cotton face fleece made with 100% cotton threads

BELLA CANVAS

Short Sleeve 3001 - 100% airlume combed and ring-spun cotton

Long Sleeve 3501 - 100% airlume combed and ring-spun cotton

Sweatshirt 3901 - 100% airlume combed and ring-spun cotton

GILDAN

SoftStyle Short Sleeve 64000 - 100% ring-spun cotton

Ultra Cotton Long Sleeve 2400 - 100% cotton

Heavy Blend Sweatshirt 18000 - 50/50 cotton/polyester. Heather Sport colors are 60/40 polyester/cotton

Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING

We strive to stay within our Turnaround Time at all times however turnaround times are best guessed estimates. We try to update our customers in our newsletter, direct emails, Facebook group, social media, and on our website if we have any delays. 

Orders are shipped within 3-7 business days for most orders. Bulk Wholesale orders and any custom color combinations can take longer and will be emailed to you if a delay would occur. Typically the delay would only be 1-3 business days depending on suppliers. 

We print labels once orders are ready to ship. Please allow 72 hours for the tracking to start movement. Our packages are picked up daily Monday - Friday.

At times, the postal service does not scan every single order or your order may be stuck in transit. Once your package is out of our hands, it is out of our control.

Business Days start the following day after you order (no matter the time of day) and do not include weekends of Federal Holidays. 

RETURNS

  1. Returns must be processed within 7 days from receiving the item in the mail. It must be postmarked within those 7 days. 
  2. All refunds are processed as Store Credit. 
  3. All returns must be new conditions - never worn or washed! Including animal hair, smoke or other smells that may have occurred in your possession. 
  4. Holiday and Sale items are FINAL sale. 
  5. If your items are damaged, you must contact us within 4 business days with a photo of the damage, the shipping box, order/packing slip and your email on the account.

Care Instructions

Kai Rae Apparel recommends that all of our graphics are washed inside out on a cool cycle.

You can hang dry for longevity and to prevent any pulling that can occur during the dry cycle. You can use a no/low heat tumble dry but this can pull on the transfer with additional heat added to the print.

The less heat that is used during wash will reduce the amount of wear that any graphic eventually will have and keep your graphics vibrant!

Our number one goal is to keep your garments looking like the day you bought them!

Failure to care for the garment with low/no heat can cause your print to fade or damage.
